Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• The product must not show signs of wear or use.

• The product must include original tags, manuals, and all accessories.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind regarding color, size, or style preferences.

• Order number

• Email used at purchase

• Reason for return or exchange

• Video proof of defect (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and process your refund or exchange, including the cost of the product and the original shipping fee (if applicable).
