Estimated Delivery Time:
The average estimated delivery time for products is 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, or strikes.

All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer's email within 5 business days of purchase. Tracking is available from the origin facility to the final delivery address.

Deliveries are made by USPS or other reliable carriers. In cases such as the absence of the recipient or delivery restrictions in certain regions, the carrier may leave a notice for the product to be collected at the nearest pickup location.

Based on our experience, 85% of orders are delivered within 15 days after shipment.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing your order, and cancellations are not possible after this period.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the customer will be responsible for providing the correct details and covering any reshipping costs. If the product is returned to the sender overseas, the delivery time will be recalculated from the date the reshipment is confirmed.
